Dining Out For Life is BC’s largest restaurant fundraiser, benefiting A Loving Spoonful and Friends For Life. Spotted last night on the wall under their front window was Mickey with a wedge of Swiss in his hand — or is that Emmental? or perhaps Gruyére? Hmmm… you'll just have to take a look to be sure!

Join David Yates for a didgeridoo workshop at Ten Thousand Villages on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 2-4 PM. Interested participants with any level of experience (including none!) are welcome to participate by donation. Bring your own didgeridoo or use one of the store’s.

This great little venue of Francis Regio's (also owner of Cork and Fin in Gastown) specializes in freshly shucked oysters, but don't forget to check out their chalkboard specials too.
