Register to Attend (In Person or Virtual)
To attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), you must register in advance. Choose one of the following options:

Option 1 — Complete the AGM Registration Form
Submit the Registration Form below by 6:00 PM on the day of the AGM.

Option 2 — Download the AGM Registration Form (PDF)
Download and complete the form, then follow the instructions provided to submit.

Doors (and virtual check-in) open at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins promptly at 7:00 PM.
Virtual attendees will receive login credentials prior to the meeting. Please note: late or unregistered attendees will not be admitted.

    AGM Registration Form

    To vote at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing and own or lease a class “5” or class “6” property within the CDBS Business Improvement Area (BIA) for at least six months prior to the AGM, or hold a lease with an unexpired term of no less than six months.

    To qualify your business or organization as a member in good standing, please complete the form below. Forms must be received no later than 6:00 pm on the day of the AGM.

    Members may attend in person or virtually. Registration for both opens at 6:30 pm, with the meeting commencing at 7:00 pm.
